Fully Balanced 60° Offset Crankshaft
Every BF350 crankshaft is built using the same crankshaft alloy and tested to the same strength specifications as the famed NSX high-performance sports supercar. The fully balanced, 60° offset crankshaft eliminates the need for counter balancing; it seamlessly integrates with 60° engine design and nonlinear engine mount to provide exceptional performance with minimal vibration.
Improved gearbox design
With an improved gear case shape, underwater friction is reduced for better fuel efficiency during cruising. It minimises pressure changes from the gear case to the propeller – preserving dynamic performance and avoiding cavitation issues.
