  • Regular Service Intervals: Our certified Honda technicians will visit the site to perform routine maintenance at manufacturer-recommended intervals (20-hour initial service, followed by 100-hour).
  • Comprehensive Service Checklist: Each service includes a thorough inspection and replacement of essential components such as engine oil and filters, gear case oil, and spark plugs, along with lubrication of all necessary points, water pump kits, anodes, perform valve clearances to ensure the engines run efficiently.
  • Genuine Honda Parts: We exclusively use genuine Honda parts and lubricants to ensure optimal performance, maintain engine warranty, and extend the life of your investment.
  1. Priority Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Dedicated Support Line: Customers will have access to a priority technical support line for immediate assistance and troubleshooting advice from our experienced technicians.
  • On-Call Service: For urgent issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we will dispatch our technical team to Site to diagnose and rectify the problem, minimizing operational disruptions.

  • Streamlined Supply to customers: We will establish an efficient and reliable supply chain to deliver necessary parts directly to the customer, reducing wait times for repairs.

  • Operator Best Practices: We offer on-site training for your boat crew on daily pre-start checks, proper engine operation, flushing procedures after use in saltwater, and basic troubleshooting.
